This newly remodeled mountain cabin features, one bedroom and one bath plus a pull out sleeper sofa. Amenities include an oversized front porch overlooking the valley and sugar mountain, gas fireplace, cable TV, wifi, brand-new TVs (2), full-sized washer/dryer, and stainless appliances. A queen bed and a queen sleepater/sofa will accommodate up to 4 adults. With brand new flooring, custom wood ceiling, fresh paint, and all new furniture, the cabin is a fantastic place for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or girl’s weekend.The cabin is a two minute walk to 10+ restaurants in downtown, a five minute walk to Lees-McRrae College, and a quick 10 minute walk to Kettell Beerworks. Also a two minute walk is the local park, hosting live music on Thursdays in the summer, various art festivals throughout the year (including the inaugural Beerfest), and the famous Wooly Worm Festival.We are nicely situated between two ski resorts; Sugar Mountain is 10 minutes one way and Beech Mountain is ten minutes the other way.
