The Ruskamp Retreat is a spacious mountain retreat with plenty of room for everyone. There is plenty of space and activities to entertain your whole family. Ruskamp retreat is only 2 miles to downtown Banner Elk, giving access to specialty shopping, restaurants, and more. This property is also located just 3 miles from Beech Mountain resort and 5 miles to Sugar Mountain Resort.This home has plenty of space for families or large groups. The interior of this home has been recently remodeled and updated and features a cozy combination of wood and stone with granite and hardwood floors through out . There are smart televisions in every room and even in a bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of wi fi, gas grill, and a fully accessorized kitchen.The main floor has three bedrooms. The master is private and comfortable with a king size bed and a en suite bathroom that features double sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is next to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a full futon bunk bed with a twin on top.In the basement there is theater seating with a large screen television. There is a bar area with a pool table. There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom, the bathroom has double sinks, a walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub with a television. Each of the bedrooms in the basement have queen sized beds and twin sized bunk beds. Ruskamp has plenty of parking on the main level as well as the lower level for easier access to the basement. The activities in the area are endless. You could ski or snowboard, ice skate, tubing or sledding in the winter. In the summer you could trout fish, hike to waterfalls or stunning views, golf, gem mining, or just enjoy the beautiful weather. And of course there is always the wonderful winery"s to visit year round.
