Equipped with a full kitchen including all the utensils you need to make the perfect meal (Pots, pans, Keurig, toaster) House includes 3 bedrooms, one bath. Our bath was recently updated and includes a tiled stand up shower. Two Bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus room that has 3 twin beds. We are an urban boutique farm close to all the amenities. We own close to 20 acres near town so surrounding the farm is a neighborhood. Although when you walk out on the property you feel secluded and private. We have lighted hiking trails and swings on the property. At night our farm lights up with over 1500 cafe lights. It is truly magical. The house is a FarmStyle with a updated chic twist. Original shiplap on the walls from the floor to ceiling sets the scene. Beautiful hardwood floors line this house but still hosts the character that this house has brought over the years. Completely renovated kitchen and bathroom, this home has all you need for a restful retreat. A simple farm, style life that is still close to all the amenities of town. Less than 5 miles away is historic downtown Belmont with local restaurants, shopping and downtown activities throughout the year. Also within 5 miles is Stowe Botanical Gardens. The entire home is set up for guests to stay and enjoy. Every room is unique. From bookshelves, to magazines to reading nooks, nothing was forgotten in this renovation without luxury and style in mind. The outside charm includes 20 acres with firepits, lighted walking trails, swings, flower fields in the summer and so much more.
