The home features three bedrooms with full size closets. Two full bathrooms and a tankless water heater for endless hot showers. WiFi, Amazon TV, Netflix, HBO, and Disney+ entertainment for the whole family. Air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room. Private boat launch located next to property and parking for trailer + vehicle while out on the lake, but no dock slip available. Boat rentals available at nearby marinas and a fully equipped 2-person canoe for you to use. Also a quarter mile from a grocery store, state liquor store, pizza shop with full bar, and Indian Mound Golf Course that features a River's Edge Grille & Tavern with patio seating with a view of the golf course. Conway is a short 30 minute drive to the White Mountains, shopping, amusement parks, and restaurants. Hiking trails also nearby for outdoor fun and plenty of indoor entertainment for rainy days. Life is better at the lake! Bed linens included. Pets are accepted for a fee.
