Harsh weather conditions (Fortunate mild weather past 2 years)2. Highly recommend 4WD or AWD -- Will come in handy exiting/entering the 500 ft long driveway. From there you have one mile of unpaved road that leads you to route 163. Designated private parking spots are unavailable after snowfall requiring all guests to park in the main driveway by the garage -- Lover's Nest & Geoffroy Farm require using stairs (16steps) for entry4. Potential power outages -- In the event of a power outage we will provide at the very least, minimal comfort measures such as: portable lighting, small propane heater, portable drinking water & portable charging blocks for usb charged devices5. Satellite Wi-Fi -- Free & reliable -- Video conferencing & streaming will require tethering your computer/tablet to your cellphone by purchasing additional hotspot data through your cellphone service provider >!>!>!>!>!>CRITIAL
