Enchanted Hill | 3 Bed, 3.5 Bath Enchanted Hill is a lovely Finger lakes home with a hot tub, large yard, pond, and gracious outdoor and indoor spaces. The house sits on a hill and overlooks the valley beside Keuka Lake. You'll absolutely love your views of the sunrise and sunset from the outdoor areas at this home or seen through the large floor to celing windows in the Living spaces inside.Driving in the paved driveway, there is parking available for 3 cars. You'll enter the home from the porch connecting the driveway to the front door, walking in to the entry area. A half bath is located just inside the front door as well as a laundry area.The Kitchen has many prep areas, along with a gas stove built into the kitchen island. Your guests will be able to sit up to the island while you cook and the kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware you will need to make a memorable meal. The dining area is part of the kitchen and the dining table seats 8. You can view the valley below through the large dining room windows. If you prefer grilling, there is a great outdoor kitchen area accessible through the kitchen patio door. The outdoor kitchen also has a sit-up bar area, and the deck has an outdoor dining area, gas firepit with comfortable seating, and of course the hot tub. We feel certain you'll spend most of your time out here, enjoying the outdoor living space and the view of the pond and the valley below.The Living room has massive windows and a cathedral ceiling. The views from the living room are well worth savoring. Just off of the Living room you'll find the office/man cave/family room with the large tv/tv cabinet, desk for working remotely, and comfortable leather furniture.Ascending the stairs from the living room to the loft above, you'll enter the Master suite area. The Master Suite has a King size bed and is open to the main living room below with glass railing so that the view through the living room windows can be enjoyed from the bedroom (if you are looking for a private master bedroom space, this may not be suitable for you but it is really lovely to awaken and look through the glass to the valley below). There is a large attached suite bath with a soaking tub, double sink, large walk in shower, and separate toilet room.On the lower level of the home you will find 2 more Suites. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have King beds, windows facing over the front yard, and attached suite bathrooms with tub/showers.The Lower level also has a game room/lounge area with a sleeper sofa, where you'll be able to sleep 2 persons. The lounge has patio doors that walk out onto the lower level patio area and out into the beautiful yard beyond.If you're looking for that relaxing rural getaway that is still close to wineries, parks, the lake, and town...you'll find it at Enchanted Hill. There are several wineries located just around the corner and the Village of Penn Yan is only about a 5 minute drive away as well as access to Keuka Lake.When you rent this home, you are renting a private residence or secondary home, a very personal experience. Our homeowners have furnished and decorated this home to their taste and comfort.*Air conditioning is provided via central air*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. If you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group. Linens are provided for the beds and one set of towel/washcloths per person. Beach towels are not provided**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the primary renter is over the age of 25.**ABSOLUTELY NO pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately.**NO PARTIES allowed at any time.**Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas.**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 8 guests allowed at any time!!!**Parking for 3 vehicles only. No parking or driving on the yard.**Guest may be charged for misuse of the hot tub, if draining/refilling the hot tub is necessitated from guest misuse**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
