Lakefront Home in the heart of wine country Cleanliness is our main priority. Cozy year-round home with amazing views on a flat lot directly on Seneca Lake and on a dead-end road. This location is perfect for anyone who either just wants to enjoy a quiet day at the lake, and sample the locally made wine, beer, cider, cheese, and ice cream, or sign up for all the fun and adventurous activities the area has to offer.The remodeling of the kitchen in this house was just recently finished in June 2022 with brand new cabinets and appliances (Gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher). A large gas grill is located just outside the side door.The new kitchen includes a new cooking set, dishes, flatware, glassware, etc. For your comfort, the house has central heat and window A/C units. This house has a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a small bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a new Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All mattresses and pillows have Allerease covers for “maximum allergy Protection”.If you have a Capital One card, you may be able to receive 5% back when completing reservations through their site (See your Capital One website for details)
