Waterfront with an easy walk to party dock and pet friendly home on Lake Lanier Happy Valley Hideaway is centrally located just over a mile from the Chattahoochee Golf Club. Also within 15 mins is Lake Lanier Olympic Park or downtown Gainesville. Your nearest grocery store is less an a mile. Bring the whole family, boat, and the fur kids for life long memories at the lake. Your lake vacation starts with plenty of parking for your boat and cars under the 2 car covered carport. You’ll walk into the amazing water view from the custom windows. This is the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Walk out to the deck to enjoy the grilling and dining area with more outdoor seating or curl up in the hammock with a book for a vacation nap. The no steps main floor also has a half bath. This main floor has a master king bed suite with more of those amazing custom window water views, smart tv, and walk out to the deck. The master bath has a HUGE walk in closet, dual sinks, and a shower. The laundry is also located in here. The other main floor bedroom has another king bed and smart tv. Downstairs houses the HUGE family sleeping room for all the kiddos with 5 beds total in the space with another fridge and eating area for all the overflow snacks and drinks. The smart tv is on wheels so you can move it to the walk out covered patio and watch a game outside. At the bottom of the stairs basement space is a gorgeous foyer area and bathroom with shower. Next to that is a game room/ lounge area with custom made wet bar area. Strike up a family foosball game or enjoy a book and board games in this moody lounge space. The outdoor space is why you stay here. Several rooms have walk out access to some of the best water views you can find. It’s a gentle level walk to the single slip party dock. Spend a day on the lake with a kayak and SUP paddleboard for guest use and wash off in the outdoor shower and then enjoy smores at the fire pit. We do store a boat at the house so let us know if you need the slip when booking. There is a boat lift in the slip. Upon booking our digital guidebook will show you how to get the discounted boat rental. Boat rental is separate from the house rental. We LOVE to host small family gatherings but we are NOT a party house. We have several full time residents in the neighborhood. Please note that we have exterior cameras on the corners of the house and also a ring doorbell cam.
