Lake Lanier is captivating year-round, the stroll from house to the private two-story dock is especially remarkable in the autumn when the dense foliage displays a rainbow of colors. Recreation options are abundant here, but you may be tempted to spend all your time admiring the vista. Luckily, there's a lot you can do at the same time. The spacious deck features an outdoor dining area, so dining in the fresh air is an option whether you want to call in the grillmaster or whip up a gourmet meal in the sparkling open kitchen. Guests of all ages will delight in playing cornhole in the fully-enclosed yard, and there's also an indoor game room with a foosball table.If your play comes with a side of work, there are plenty of places to work throughout the home and high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected or stream Zoom calls. This retreat features an office space including a desk, which is perfect for working from home.The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub on the main level. The two bedrooms on the top floor have individual full en suite bathrooms. The remaining bedroom is on the lower level and has access to a nearby full bathroom.
