The basement is not unavailable.Other things to noteThis convenient and cozy home is less than 10 minutes by car from many walking/biking trails including Annsville Creek Preserve, Blue Mountain Reservation, Charles Point, Depew Park, Peekskill Landing Park, and spectacular views on the Hudson River with a park and a 2 mile trail. The Lincoln Museum, Trinity Boat Cruise (seasonally) and Spins Hudson (family and adult fun) are also along the riverfront. In downtown Peekskill, about 5 minutes away, you will find many restaurants on and round what we call restaurant row. Also, the Hudson Valley MOCA, Paramount Hudson Valley Theater, the Peekskill Museum, and the Abbey Inn & Spa can be found. Other noteworthy sites are The Hudson Valley Presbyterian Hospital (2 minutes away), Camp Smith (10 minutes away), Bear Mountain (Trails/Zoo/Restaurant/Spa - about 20 minutes) and West Point Military Academy (about 30 minutes).
