Grill and additional outside furniture is seasonal from April-October. 16x40 private pool - depth from 4ft to 8ft. Pool season is Memorial Day - Labor Day. ** Note: Swim at your own risk, children must be supervised. Central location 15 min to RU, 30 min to VT. Home is located 5 min from the interstate and 10 from grocery stores and restaurants. Circle driveway easily accommodates boats and parking. No pets allowed, no exceptions
