You’ll be able to walk to 2 lighthouses, (1 with a museum where you can climb to the top, and they offer free summer Sunday concerts on the lawn overlooking the lake), a long fishing pier, several marinas, charter fishing tours, boat rentals, 2 playgrounds, skate park, ball field, public beach (with lifeguards in season), restaurants, bars with live music, ice cream stands, gift shop, churches, and convenience store. Nearby attractions within a short drive include the beautiful Sodus Bay Heights Golf Course, Chimney Bluffs State Park (a must see if you've never been there before), farm stands, wineries, distilleries, hiking trails, more restaurants, and so much more. The 2 homes include Bay View at the Point (Vrbo listing #650379), a four bedroom, 2 bath vacation home that accommodates up to 15 guests (13 in beds plus 2 more on sofas or bring your air mattress for the living room), and the adjacent Bayside Getaway (Vrbo #705083), a 2-bedroom, 1 bath home accommodating up to 5 guests in beds. There is plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms, 3 decks, 6 TVs, 2 kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, outdoor fire pits (2) and loads of parking. The larger home has dining tables and bar seats for up to 18 as well as extra table seating on the front and back decks. Across the street is a town park where there is loads of room for lawn games, Frisbee, softball, and the like and within view is a beautiful playground and skate park just beyond that. This is a perfect spot for multi-generational gatherings. NO SMOKING / NO PETS.
