Lake George Cliff House - Outdoor hot tub! Newly constructed Clifftop home with captivating views on Northern Lake George! This custom built, modern 4 bedroom, two bath home, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with exquisite craftsmanship and architecture, is the perfect blend of glass, stone and wood. Our shared waterfront can be reached via a 150' path where you can swim off the deep water dock or relax on our large sundeck. A boat slip (max 24' boat) is available as well for our guests to use.There are 3 queen bedrooms (2 with a full bathroom), each with their own private deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The lower level has a sectional sofa, 2 bunk beds, dining table and big screen tv. The family room and 2 of the bedrooms also have smart tv's. We have 4 kayaks at the common dock and sundeck on the lake for guests to use, which can be accessed via a 150' path from our home. We also have a beautiful private outdoor hot tub that is covered and a fire pit area for stargazing or listening to sounds of the lake at night.2 vehicles can be parked at the home. A 3rd vehicle may be accommodated if needed. There is a parking area for a boat trailer up the road on association property. Four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the snowy months, which is a beautiful time of year to visit. Two pairs of snowshoes are included with the home to take advantage of the 60+ acres of Association land and abundant hiking trails walking distance from our home.
