Wind down by the warmth of the wood stove as you read a favorite book, play any of the provided board games, or plan your next adventures with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals for everyone. Attached to the main living area is a beautiful sunroom, which comes in handy after a terrific day exploring all the nearby amenities. If you are in need of cooling down, take a refreshing dip in your private heated pool. When the sun sets, make sure to throw some logs into the wood-burning firepit for an entertaining storytelling session while roasting s'mores. Back at the home, the downstairs level enjoys a welcoming rec area with a smart TV and a desk and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.House RulesNo dedicated parking available at this time.Check-in time: 4:00 PMCheck-out time: 10:00 AMAll guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AMNo smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Pool and beach towels are provided.The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Weather permitting.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
