Year-Round River Escape with Beach & Indoor Pool Welcome to our 5200 sq. ft. 6 bedroom, 11 bed, multi-family beach home on the Potomac River. The 20x60 ft private heated indoor salt water pool, classic arcade system, hot tub, kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, Xbox, and more, make this the ultimate year-round getaway. Experience the most epic sunrises you've ever seen. From there, use the ultra fast Gigabit internet to work remote, or hunt for treasure and play games on the third floor "Pirate's Watch". This is best river home experience, period. First FloorYou walk into a large kitchen fit for cooking and entertaining a crowd. Wolf Triple Oven and Stove, huge fridge and beverage fridge, two sinks, two dishwashers, warming drawer etc… including all of the cooking essentials you need, plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and more. There's a dedicated coffee bar we stock with enough to get you started on your trip as well! There is a large island and kitchen table with seating for 10. The kitchen feeds into the den with a 55 inch TV and beautiful marble carved fireplace. Beyond the den is the huge joint dining and family room. There is a 120 inch dining room table that can sit 12-14 with amazing views of the river. The family room includes a comfy sectional couch with 65 inch TV and Xbox Series S game console with lots of games. There's also a vintage arcade cabinet with over 30,000 retro games, about every arcade and console game you can think of. The family room leads into the huge indoor, heated, salt water pool which will give your family and friends entertainment for hours any time of year. The pool starts around 4 feet in the shallow end and goes to 6 feet deep. The 6 person hot tub is located right outside the dining room/family room external door, making it easy to access with still great views of the Potomac.There are three bedrooms on the first floor, first the master with an en suite bathroom (two sinks, walk in shower and huge soaking tub), the master bedroom has a king bed, large TV, chaise lounge and desk for in case you need to work while you’re visiting, although we don’t recommend it! The second bedroom also has a king size bed, dresser and regular sized crib (we also have a pack n play available). The third bedroom has a queen bed and these two bedrooms share the hall bathroom. There is also a spacious laundry room on the first floor with full size washer and dryer which are available to guests.Second FloorThere are three bedrooms on the second floor:Pirate Room: Full bed and two twins and dresserMermaid Room: Queen bed, two twins, dresser, desk and large TV for kid movie nightsCoral Room: 2 queen beds and dresserThe bedrooms share the hall bathroom with plenty of towel storage and a shower.Third FloorThe pirate’s watch is on the third floor which is a great hangout spot, includes a TV, game table and built in seating for reading or catching up. It also has the best views of the water and surrounding area, we encourage all guests to take a look!OutsideThe property around the house is fantastic, there is a large front and back yard with a hot tub that fits 6-7, an outdoor fit pit with relaxing Adirondack chairs. The river is mere steps from the house. There is a wide private beach for guests, this is our favorite area since it's so relaxing and peaceful. Kids will love finding shells and sea glass in between building sand castles and swimming in the water. The water is really nice, clear with a sandy bottom. Enjoy sunbathing, picnics, relaxing or fishing off the huge dock. There is also a fisherman's walk at the end of the dock perfect for avid fishers. The decking material, HDPE, is new and keeps lower temps for bare feet in the hot weather. There is an outdoor shower off the dock, another outdoor shower on the side of the house and a foot washing station next to the hot tub/back entrance. There is also an external door that leads right into the pool room so you don't have to go inside first. Other fun amenities like kayaks, canoes, hammocks etc... will all be around for guests to enjoy.There is a cottage in the front yard that will be locked and not available for renters, this will be a future game room/apartment so check back with us next year!ParkingThere are several spots for parking cars, please keep all vehicles on the gravel and avoid any parking on grass.Guest accessThere is parking for at least 6 cars and there is an EV charging outlet ready for any EV charger with NEMA 14-50 adapter.
