New custom Adirondack Home near Sagamore Golf Course CLEANING PROCEDURES: In this time of the pandemic, my cleaner takes her role seriously and is adjusting her procedures as new information is received. Currently, her procedures are as follows: Masks and gloves are used throughout the entire cleaning. Spraying a disinfectant is used throughout the house, especially the fabrics. 99.9 % disinfecting products are used on each surface. In general, the house is cleaned twice, first to disinfect and then cleaned. In addition, common touch areas are cleaned with 99% alcohol solution. Lysol is also sprayed after exiting each room. The cleaner will only clean when no one is in the home. The cleaner will continue to adjust her procedures as new information is learned. This newly constructed home sits on a secluded 3.02 acres to ensure privacy yet close to the offerings of Bolton Landing. It is only 1/4 mile from the The Sagamore Golf Course and about 2 miles from the town beaches and the town of Bolton Landing. The master bedroom has a king size custom made cherry four-post bed made by an award-winning craftsman with an adjoining master bathroom. Also downstairs is another half bath, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The large loft can be used as a game room or a quiet sitting area. Another smaller loft includes a twin size bed for a small child.Size: 1900 + square feet on 3.02 acresSleeps 4 adults and 1 child or families up to 5 people. Activities: Because Bolton Landing is a resort community, there are several activities in and around the area. Several flyers of local activities will be available.
