Private entry into owner-occupied home with an entire upstairs suite. Located near The Ashokan Reservoir, hiking trails, swimming holes and is located 25 minutes from Woodstock, NY. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with quality bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. Beautiful new bathroom with tiled shower and skylight. In addition, there is an additional space with a cozy living room and a twin bed. Stay connected with the provided WiFi and enjoy the comfort of heating and AC. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Small refrigerator freezer, microwave, Keurig, and electric kettle. Please note there is no kitchen sink or stove for cooking. There is private outside seating and a grill. Wine glasses, coffee/tea mugs and cups provided, along with compostable bowls, plates and cutlery. Private outside area with a small barn with bocci and other games are stored. All cleaning products and detergents used are natural products.
