Catskills Cabin with Hot Tub near Hiking For year-round relaxation, Omi House is the perfect spot to connect with yourself, your friends & nature! You can snuggle up around the fireplace in the living room or cook your favorite meal in the kitchen.The outdoor deck offers seating, a gas grill where you can relieve your stress away under the stars. Whether you’d like to be outside amongst the trees or inside with a good book, Omi House is the retreat you need!Please note we have a fee of $50 per pet under 50 lbs. Advise how many, along with type and weight. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture; any signs of pet hair as such will be assessed as an additional cleaning fee. Also, any furniture moved around and not placed back in its original location will be evaluated as an additional fee. We provide one bundle of firewood per stay. Additional bundles are $15.Our Wi-Fi is through spectrum and very strong we have had many guest work remotely on multiple devices with NO issues. Our checkout time is at 11 am. Any late checkout will be assessed a $100 fee per hour, as our cleaning staff are on a tight schedule and need the allotted time to deep clean and sanitize for the next guest. However, if discussed and approved beforehand with the host, there will be no additional fee.We ask that you not leave food outside or on the grill as we have curious animal neighbors.This property is off the main road, parking directly in front of the house and a few steps up to the front door. If you have animals or a young child, please use caution near the roadway.Also, note the yard is not fenced in, so ALL pets should be on a lease or supervised carefully.
