Phoencia is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors with skiing, hiking, and many rail/trails.The house is ideal for friends reunions or for two families to share with beds for 10 people (3 queens, 2 fulls, one twin). You will find a large, well equipped kitchen for cooking and socializing, separate dining room with seating for 10 (plus a kitchen table that seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tons of toys and games for kids, two televisions, and a large yard for running around or playing the sprinklers. We also have a full size Weber BBQ, outdoor dining for 10+, a hammock, two trees swings, and fire pit for campfires. The house also has super fast internet and a back-up generator should power be lost. The house is directly on the NYC bus route making it easy for people to come up or leave without a car.
