With the views of growing grapes, you’ll relax, unwind, and uncork the week away. - 0.01 miles to the vineyard, fire pit, live music (weekends only), wine store with wine tastings available - 3.7 miles to the Shawangunk Mountains- 4.5 miles to Main Street- 5.7 miles to the University of New Paltz- 8.0 miles to Mohonk Mountain House- 55” TVs w/ streaming*Private Chef services available*Parking-The home is easily accessible with a large driveway to the left side of the house. This provides enough room for 4-5 cars to be parked. There is no area for street parking. We ask that you do not park in the grass.Keyless Entry-Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door of the home.This home is not located in a neighborhood, however is easily accessible from main roads.We recommend a car to explore all that New Paltz has to offer. Many local restaurants, shops, hiking, climbing and more can be found just a short drive from the home. We have several recommendations to provide upon request!We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!Dear Guest,These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors.
