Enjoy gorgeous forest and mountain views of the base of the Shawangunk Ridge through huge windows in the 4 seasons sunroom, or while on the new deck, or while relaxing in cedar hot tub.“The Gunks” is one of the premiere rock-climbing areas in the country and the house is only minutes from hiking and climbing areas.please review the following guidelines regarding the Hot Tub:- children are not permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision.- When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. - DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you will be charged for replacement.- please minimize use of body lotions or oils while in the tub.- **very importantly** please replace the cover on the tub when not using it + ensure the tub is fully covered and straps are buckled.- The hot tub will be turned on, it heats up to a temperature of about 104°. (The temperature cannot be controlled by the panel on the tub, please do not touch the buttons otherwise the tub will go into service mode and will stop working.)- The tub is made of pure cedar, please expect some natural coloration of the water from the tannins in the wood as well as the scent of cedar.
