Entering the home into the Living Room and flowing into the Dining Room, Kitchen and out onto the Deck or turn and head down the hall to the bedrooms.INDOOR SPACEThe first floor includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with your living room, kitchen and dining room and access to your spacious deck. The downstairs is currently unavailable at this time and currently used as storage. Living RoomA perfect relaxing space for binge watching shows on either Netflix or Amazon, playing board games or simply sitting and enjoying the company of your group. The room has a “Zen Bar” where you can light an incense and the front closet offers a few amenities for outdoor activities.KitchenOffers a large island and additional countertop space for prepping and cooking. A variety of cooking utensils and ingredients can be found here as well. Please visit our “Coffee and Tea Bar” with an assortment of options for you to try. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, drip coffeemaker, tea kettle, dishwasher and more.Sleeping OptionsBedroom 1: Queen Bed with full bathroom en suite.Bedroom 2: Queen BedBedroom 3: Crib and/or Air Mattress (queen size)Living Room: Pull-out Sofa Bed (queen size)OUTDOOR SPACESet on 5 acres, please feel free to explore the woods on property. The land was previously part of the quarry back in the day, so a number of rocks and stones can be found throughout the forest. There are stone walls at the property line to the right (if facing the house) and back of the property. DeckWith direct access from the Dining Room, the spacious deck offers outdoor seating and dining, set for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. A lounge chair is also provided to enjoy a good book or to take in the sun and sounds of the forest. There are stairs that go down to the ground from the deck.Fire PitLocated in the backyard, our fire pit is perfect for an afternoon or evening by the fire. We offer wood for your enjoyment.THINGS TO NOTE* Pet friendly home, but please no cats (our son is allergic)* This house does not currently have a back up generator
