Early 18th Century Stone House Getaway Beautifully situated, this 3 BDR, historic stone house is set on 15 acres, located near the historic villages of Stone Ridge and High Falls as well as the Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park. It is a 90 minute drive from NYC for guests who want to experience the warmth and restful elegance of stepping back into the past. There is a koi pond and panoramic views of larger ponds, horses, and mountains. PLEASE NOTE: the house is not available for large events.The house has three bedrooms with 2 queens size beds and 2 twin beds. There is a full living room with a fireplace and a separate dining room that seats 8 also with fireplace. There is a large kitchen with modern appliances, a Jenn-Air stove and grill and an adjoining outdoor bluestone patio with a glasstop table and chairs designed for rest and dining. There is a stainless steel Weber gas grill. Other ammenities include: multiple outdoor sitting areas and gardens to enjoy that overlook the fields and mountains. Two kyaks are available with a large pond near house or nearby mountain lakes, full set-up for badminton. All bedrooms are air conditioned.Keywords: House
