With new bike trail (8 Ml long), recently build at the edge of the property, it makes this a truly BIKER'S PARADISE! Other features include: Log walls, hard wood floors, kitchen with black granite counter top, dishwasher, washing machine, antique furniture, iron wood stow and much more. There is central heat in the house and we provide firewood for the wood stow. It is located only 2 hrs from Manhattan.The property has direct access to state of the art bike trail built on the site of old railroad - O&W Rail Trail : https://www.traillink.com/trail/ow-rail-trail/There are only 2 houses located apart on 25 acres lot: Vacation House and owner's weekend house.
