Situated on ½ acre, this 3-bedroom newly renovated home has all the amenities one would need to experience the quintessential Hampton’s summer. Your family can swim in your private heated pool or play in a large safe, fenced-in backyard. A short walk to shops, restaurants, houses of worship and a short bike ride to the beach - this homes perfect location allows you to enjoy all the town has to offer.Note: For 2023, the basement is being completely finished with a full 2nd bathroom for the house. Guests will enjoy a modernized laundry room, couches and a large recreation room with TV. A large egress window was added for natural light and safety as well. As of 2022, the pool has a new liner and a new deck. The kitchen and bathroom had renovations and are as shown in the beautiful photos and new floors throughout. No pets allowed, this is for protection of any guests who may have allergies so please do not ask for exceptions.**** pool closes Oct 1st 2023***
