You are close to Water Mill, Southampton and Bridgehampton town. This will allow you to experience all the wonderful things these towns have to offer including the numerous restaurants each offering unique and exceptional dinning experiences.Steps away from Duck Walk Vineyard and the Parrish Art Museum.Less than 5 minutes from Southampton Village.Five minutes from Jitney and LIRR/ Southampton Train StationNearest Beach- Flying Point-(5 minute drive), and Cooper's Beach.No groups.
