The herb garden, pear, peach, apple and mulberry trees included at no extra charge :) Less than a hundred yards from a nature trail through preserve and a short drive to the town of Bridgehampton (3 mins), Sagaponack beach (7 mins) or Bridgehampton beach (5 mins), this conveniently located property includes an outdoor pool and patio (with furniture), gas grill and a ramp (baby strollers?) for ease of access to the house and pool area. This charmingly decorated house (antiques mixed with classic modern) sleeps 10-12 and offers plenty of space (a separate converted barn with AC and TV, offers an extra bedroom, shower and bath - making 5 bedrooms total), privacy and comfort. The same caretaker who has watched the property for years is available should you need anything.
