Sag Harbor Charmer - 2 Bedroom Cottage; Walk to Town Beech Tree Cottage is a charming, fully-furnished two-story cottage in the picturesque village of Sag Harbor, NY (the Hamptons). The cottage is located in a quiet, historic neighborhood, walking distance to town. It's an easy 5-minute walk along the waterfront to Sag Harbor's Main Street, and a short drive to the beach. We, the owners, are year-round residents who live next door. The cottage has its own private entrance and off-street parking. The back deck has a bistro table and chairs for outdoor dining, and is trellis-screened for privacy. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen size bed and two twins, all with memory foam mattress toppers. Linens and towels are provided. The lounge and kitchen/dining area is decorated in nautical/beach style, with white slipcovers and English pine furniture. Other features include a cast iron fireplace stove (gas), wireless internet access, flat-screen TV, VCR/DVD, & many books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Accommodates 4 people, maximum. PLEASE NOTE: - Access to the bedrooms is via narrow spiral staircase, which is unsuitable for the elderly or infirm, as well as very young children or babes in arms.- The bathroom is downstairs; bedrooms are upstairs.- We regret we are unable to provide beach passes, but you can purchase day passes at the beaches themselves.- We do not allow pets, no matter how small, well-behaved, or non-shedding.
