This home gets high marks for its amenities, exclusive private property, exceptional central location, close to parks, shopping, easy walking distance to Sag village, harbor and bay beaches and readily accessible to East- Bridge-Southampton via approximately 10-15 minute backroads drive to all three towns even during the height of the Season. There is a Security Deposit required by the Owner, the amount of which is set according to the usage and time period contemplated.Additionally, there is a Utilities Deposit to cover the services and utilities provided with the rental. The amount is dictated by the number of days of the rental and the season and services for that season.Lastly there is a Tenant's Insurance policy required which names the Owner as an assured and has general liability coverage in the amount of $1 million per occurrence. Generally the cost of such insurance for the Hampton area and depending on the Tenant information given to the insurance broker is ordinarily less than $250.
