There is also a newly renovated Carriage House with a full bath, bar, kitchen with a fridge, freezer, and sink (no oven), and a sofa bed. The property sits on two acres and features lots of summertime flowers, a huge tree-filled area, and a smaller, separate lawn. In addition to the private pool, you’ll have use of a private sports court for pickleball, tennis, or kid-friendly basketball games, an outdoor Ping-Pong table, as well as a large grill, ideal for warm-weather cookouts. In terms of setting, it can’t be beat - walk a few blocks for access to the inner waterway near the ocean. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and shops are around two miles away, and Westhampton Beach is a little over seven miles away.Inside, this dazzling home boasts unique architectural features, including a double-story, step-down living room with lots of glass up high to let in abundant natural light. A dedicated study with a scanner and copier makes getting any business tasks easy to get done. Two streaming-capable TVs, including a large TV in the living room for streaming, free WiFi, and a Sonos speaker provide entertainment options for the adults, and the littlest members of your party will love the bedroom designed just for them, plus lots of toys and games around the house. More highlights include hardwood floors, an elegant foyer, and brand-new bathrooms throughout, including a spa-like en suite bathroom for the primary bedroom. The chef will have no problem whipping up mealtime masterpieces with the full kitchen’s double wall oven, five-burner gas range, two sinks, and two dishwashers. Extras include an air fryer, waffle maker, Breville toaster oven, Nespresso machine, regular drip coffee maker, and electric hot water pot. Between the dining room, alfresco table on the patio, a beautiful octagonal, glassed-in room with a round table overlooking the property, and kitchen table, there’s plenty of mealtime seating and space for gathering. More vacation necessities include a washer/dryer and central AC - though guests who prefer keeping the windows open will appreciate the new fans throughout the house.At bedtime, five serene sanctuaries await, including the primary suite with a huge closet area and private terrace with lounge chairs.
