At the center of the house is a large living room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, 4K TV, and Sonos sound system (which includes outdoor speakers). A powder room is easily accessible from there or from the pool deck. The gourmet kitchen features a barstool island and a dining table which seats eight. The private master bedroom (with all-marble, newly renovated en suite bathroom) enjoys direct access to the backyard and pool. On the other side of the house, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a full guest bathroom.
