Close to everything and recently completely remodeled, this home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The home features three bedrooms plus sleeping loft, an additional 4th detached bedroom accessible from the private rear deck and 1 1/2 bathrooms. After a day at the beach rinse off in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a glass of wine on the rear deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary modern-day appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, flatware, pots and pans, etc. All rooms are air conditioned and for your convenience, the house contains washer/dryer, BBQ w/Gas, TV/DVD with Internet Enabled TV Streaming options.
