Open living room/kitchen layout with 2 sets of sliding glass doors to large deck overlooking the ocean. Views views views! Everything you need for a perfect vacation including central air, a BBQ, 2 outdoor dining tables, outdoor sofa sets, beach chairs, toys, bikes, wagon, umbrella, kitchenware, linens and towels. House is meticulously maintained, including kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo floors and central air. Clean clean clean! Hot water on demand so you never run out (no more last one to shower gets the cold shower!)! Outdoor shower is a Fire Island necessity so you can listen to the waves while you shower.Fire Island has no cars in the summer, so the kids can walk and bike safely. You can watch them play on the beach from your cozy couch on the deck! There are many bikes at the house and a wagon is left at the ferry dock for your convenience. Market/liquor store and several restaurants are a five minute walk from the house as well. Steps from the ferry.
