Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and boating, with your whole family or friends, on an all-sports lake in the spring and summers and ice fishing in the winter. There are miles of hiking, biking trails, and horseback riding near Yankee Springs Recreation Area. Visit Gun lake Casino for a fun night out. Enjoy storytelling by a campfire or stargazing on the deck. Make forever memories at Casa Lakeview!The home features a full kitchen and dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, 2 full bathrooms. Extra sleeping on sofa bed in the entertainment room is available as well.The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for the little ones. The lake gets deeper soon after the dock and is a popular spot for fishing year round. Guests can enjoy the lake with our kayaks, paddle boards, paddleboats, fishing rods, outdoor grill and using the bonfire pit right next to the lake. We also have a boat dock that you can use during your stay. NO. You will have a private firepit available. Be sure to bring your own firewood.How many paddles boards, kayaks and paddles do you have? Also, are there life vests?There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, each with their own paddles as well as 2 paddleboats. Plenty of live vests in storage bench. Please, keep in mind these are shared with the other property we have on Airbnb.Is the grill propane?Yes, it is. Please note that each guest is responsible for the use and cleaning of the bbq grill.What are the check-out instructions?The check out instructions will be sent to you the day before check out.If you would like to view them before hand, please send me a message.Can I use the waterfront area?Yes! The waterfront area right next to the water is available for both LAKESIDE COTTATE & CASA LAKEVIEW. Please be respectful & considerate of our other guests and please share the watercraft; there should be plenty of water toys for use!Do you have a boat lift and if so, can I use it?We have 2 boatlifts, one is available for guest use the other is used for our pontoon (which you can also book separately- gas not included , just send me a message for details).Please send me a message to confirm if guest boat lift will be available during your stay.How do I access the dock?You may access the dock by following the path on the left side of the lakeside property (4246 trails end rd.) this will lead you straight to the dock where boat lift is located along with kayak rack and paddleboats tied to. Can I use the unopened soda pop cans, snacks or condiments located in the fridge or pantry?YES! This is our summer home and we are more than happy to share what we have brought with all of our guests. Please note that we run this on an honor system, meaning if you use please replace with a similar item. Also all perishable food items or drinks must be thrown away prior to departure. You may only leave food/drink items that are unopened or will not go bad.
