Beachfront Paradise in North Fork This 2 acre waterfront property is a hidden gem. Simmons Point is a gorgeous spot where the river meets the bay. Beach lovers of all ages will be satisfied with the warm and shallow bay right at your back door. The charming Cape Code style cottage was built in the 1950's and has been recently updated but still retains much of its original beach house flavor. The second floor contains a master bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two twin size beds and a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with a single twin bed. There is a half bath on the first floor. The open kitchen has a custom made island from a 200 year old walnut tree. The livingroom has a fireplace and a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The enclosed porch has a dining table for 6 if you prefer to eat inside. The outdoor shower is divine after a nice swim.
