Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.-Please note that the Boston Common complex allows for smoking due to each unit being individually owned. We do not allow smoking in our units but it is possible that the units around you smoke. Therefore please be advised that a smoke smell can pass through these units from time to time.-Please note that this unit is part of a larger complex and noise is possible during your stay.
