Breakwater Cottage features a fully equipped chef's kitchen, beautiful outdoor lawn and panoramic water views from every room in the house that are enhanced by the evening sunsets. This is one vacation paradise you'll find very hard to leave.If you are planning a vacation, a weekend vineyard tour, or need a special place to get away from it all, Breakwater is your perfect destination. Have a picnic on a private beach overlooking Gardiner's Bay and Greenport Harbor with your favorite beverage in hand.(Note: we are not hosting large groups/events.
