In-ground, oversized heated pool is surrounded by mature foliage and pond. In-ground hot tub with waterfall and it’s own Bluetooth. Quiet and private yet less than 5-minute walk to beach/ bay/ town. House is equipped with new central air/ heat/ wifi/ Weber BBQ/ Sonos sound system, new W/D and smart TV. Pond with its own waterfall along with a stone garden perfect for meditation. Three bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has two-twin beds. Two surveillance cameras in outside deck area.
