The name Treetops was given because it feels like you are in a treehouse. You enter at the garden and pool deck level. The pool is salt water and heated with both sun and covered seating/lounging area. There is an outdoor shower and pool deck fridge so you can relax poolside or walk 2 minutes to the beach. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use on the bay. One level up are four large bedrooms each with king beds and a/c, and two newly renovated full bathrooms. When you climb the stairs, the size of the house hits you. To your right is a huge living area with powder room, multiple seating areas, piano and fireplace. To your left is the kitchen and dining room, all laid out in an open plan, with windows all around and hugged by a wrap around deck. The inside living area is fully air conditioned, although the wrap around windows provide a great sea breeze. Includes Bluetooth equipped stereo, and cable TV with access to streaming networks. Dining room holds 8+. Kitchen has eat in countertop and stainless steel appliances. Internet is available throughout the house and back and pool decks. The back deck is large with a grill, outdoor dining for eight, and lounging area with Kingsley Bates teak furniture. It is beautifully adorned by planters and has bay views. The expansive roof deck has the best views in Fire Island. It is the quintessential 'wow' factor that makes you realize you are in paradise. Perfect for sunset cocktails or morning coffee. When you are up there you can feel the magic that is Fire Island Pines. The size and layout with teak chairs and lounges, make this the perfect place to relax. It is where chic entertaining meets sandy feet.The house has limited availability as it is mostly owner occupied and is not suitable for children, pets or people who have mobility challenges.
