Charming, Newly Renovated, Character Home in the Heart of East Quogue Nestled in the heart of East Quogue Village and just minutes away from the Bay Beaches, you will find this lovingly restored 1908 traditional home. The owners have thoughtfully returned it to it's old world charm yet incorporated all of the modern conveniences. The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are located on the first floor with cathedral beamed ceilings, stunning light and sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious, fenced in, .70 acre backyard, with a heated, salt water pool. Sliding doors lead off from the kitchen making it easy and convenient to entertain.There is a large modern dining table, perfect for dinner parties, and end the night by the fire inside- listening through the collection of LPs on the Record Player, or outside at the firepit enjoying a late nite digestif. There is also a guest bedroom behind the kitchen along with a sun room at the front of the house. Two guest bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Central HEAT + AC installed for comfort at all times on main floor, upstairs runs on a manual system which is very quick to get up or down to temperature. Not one detail has been overlooked in this charming summer oasis, it has been thoughtfully designed, with the guest's comforts highly considered. Settle in, put your feet in the pool and let the tranquility take over.
