Indoors the home is newly updated and well-appointed with a modern kitchen, open living space, 3+ bedrooms (4th bed is a private sleeping alcove with king size bed with ensuite bath), 3.5 baths, and a well-equipped gym featuring free weights, a Peloton bike and a NEW Tonal weight system for guests to use while they stay. We've recently finished the basement adding 1000sq feet of relaxing fun. The basement features, a bar, pool table, shuffleboard, sleeping quarters, full bathroom, lounging space and a huge TV. Feel like going out on a boat for a few hours? We got you covered. We have a licensed captain, a luxury boat and are now offering boat chartering exclusively to our guests. You won't have to worry about weather or waiting for an available time, we will cater to your schedule!
