The second floor sits at Treetop level; it has AC, but even in the height of summer the beautiful cross breeze from either the Bay or Ocean removes the need for its use!The gourmet kitchen and bar area seats 8; the dining area seats 6 (can extend to 8), comfortable and generous living area and a convenient half bath. All 4 bedrooms are downstairs and enjoy high ceilings - and with the property set well back from any walks, is quiet and private. Bedroom 1/Master, with king size bed, TV and AC.
