The Bella Vista Beachfront Cottage ....Perfect For Families BEACHFRONT 4 bedroom cottage, is located in the center of Sylvan beach, with everything you may need or want within walking distance, shops, restaurants, amusement and more. When your ready to relax the Bella Vista awaits you, relax on our large screened in porch (which extends your living space), or our fenced in yard, in the hammock or comfy chair watching the kids play, sitting by the fire or simply admire the beautiful sunsets. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, all the things you would expect if you were home. Living area and bedrooms have flat screen TV's, cable, Roku and Wi-Fi. Lower level has 1brm. (double) There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level with 1 double, 2 twins and 1 set of bunk beds, A/C in all bedrooms. Fire Pit, gas grill, picnic table & lawn chairs for yard use on the property. Bella Vista was built in the late 1800's, not new & modern, steep steps to the upstairs. The charm, coziness & history (if only walls could talk) are well worth the age. We appreciate our return guests year after year. Book early only a few dates left. Bella Vista is a smoke free environment. No large parties of any kind. Please be advised that the is a lakefront property you are zero feet to the sand!
