Perfect Family/Friend Retreat on Keuka Lake, Hammondsport, NY Perfect gathering place for family/friends to enjoy a lake getaway this Fall! Our home and guest house is located 3 miles north of Hammondsport (voted the "Coolest Small Town in America"!) The complex sleeps a total of 13 people in beds! The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed! 1 1/2 baths, living area and large deck connected to the Guest house, which has a living area, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bunk room with 4 twin beds, full size bath and adorable covered porch. Our property has 250 footage of lake front. For guests who bring US Coast Guard approved life vests, we have two paddle boards, two single person kayaks, one double person kayak and a canoe for enjoyment!
