Located in the village of Seneca Falls which is in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Central to most of the wine trails and many state parks.The SpaceThe duplex is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and FIRST floor bathroom have everything you need. There are two TV's for entertainment; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both with Roku streaming. THIS DUPLEX DOES NOT SUPPLY CABLE AND DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER. There is a laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza about 1.5 miles away. Guest Access Guests can park in designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental. Guests will open the white door on the side porch, then enter the blue door, via keyless entry to enter into the rental. Inside the unit guests have access to; the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, FIRST Floor Full Bathroom and 3 Bedrooms Upstairs. Guests also have access to the front/backyard and the SHARED or first come/first serve basis Firepit. *****Guests DO NOT have access to garage, basement, attics or any locked storage/mechanical rooms*****
