Located in the village of Seneca Falls which is in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Central to most of the wine trails and many state parks. ***This unit is set-up for single travelers or couples only***The SpaceThe apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Please be AWARE that the bathroom set-up is a bit unique. The shower is open to the very small hallway, but can be made private. There are two TV's for entertainment both with Roku streaming.THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT SUPPLY CABLE AND DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER. There is a laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza about 1.5 miles away. Guest Access Guests can park in designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental. Guests will use the blue back door, via keyless entry, turn left and step-up 3 stairs to use the brown door with the Welcome sign on it. In the apartment guests have access to; the Kitchen/Living Room, Full Bathroom and Bedroom. Guests also have access to the front/backyard and the SHARED or first come/first serve basis Firepit. *****Guests DO NOT have access to garage, basement, attics or any locked storage/mechanical rooms*****
