1400sf Lakefront Home Very Peaceful Quiet and Secluded but close to everything My Brother and I grew up in this home, and our family still enjoys vacationing here at different times throughout the year. It sits on a beautiful, private 67-acre clear, spring-fed lake (no public access). We have a canoe, a jonboat (no motor, just paddles), a 2 or 3 person Kayak, , and a paddleboard so you can get out and either fish or just have fun. The home is only 30 minutes away from the gulf coast, 25 minutes to Tampa International Airport, and less than 2 hours to the Disney World area. It is 1400sf. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the laundry room has a very nice washer/dryer. The furniture is not your typical rental-type furniture either--it is upper-class furniture. There is a covered car-port for one car, and plenty of additional parking for other vehicles.
