Cozy cottage with stunning views. Perfect for enjoying lake activities with gorgeous views and comfortable, large patio with stone fireplace. Comes with use of three kayaks, four paddle boards, four fishing poles, and spacious dock. Fifteen minutes from Taughannock Falls State Park, and twenty minutes from Ithaca’s countless amenities. Or explore local wineries. Three bedrooms and a pull out couch in living room. Comes with central air, cable tv with 56” tv, washer and dryer, stone fireplace outside, charcoal grill and covered patio and porch. Unfortunately boat use does not come with rental. PS: “Pink Room” is no longer pink and bunk beds have been replaced by a double.
