There is a screened porch, game room with pool table and foosball, and two car garage. The home has one full-size bed, two queen size, three twin beds, and a pull-out couch to reasonably accommodate 8 guests. The home has a well-equipped kitchen and comes with internet, wifi, and a washer and dryer. Sheets, towels, and blankets are included.Enjoy great swimming and sunning from the dock with a gradual entry into the lake. Explore the beautiful surroundings or fish with the rowboat and canoe.Lake Armington is absolutely pristine, with its clear clean water, bordering on the White Mountain National Forest. There are many loons and other wildlife. The fishing is excellent for smallmouth bass, pickerel, and sunfish. The lake is also stocked with trout each year; brook trout and rainbow trout in 2018. There are many other small lakes, ponds, and streams close by. The property is 30 minutes from skiing at Dartmouth Ski Way, Loon Mountain or Tenney Mountain. Other ski mountains are further but reasonable driving distances. It is 20 minutes to the Connecticut River and Vermont. There are ice cream stands in Piermont, nearby Warren, and Bradford, VT, Polar Caves in Plymouth, NH and several attractions in Lincoln, NH. A full-size supermarket, pharmacy, and other services, churches, etc. are 20 minutes away in Bradford, VT or 30 minutes away in Plymouth, NH. New York is 5.5 hours, and Boston 2.5 hours by car.There are many adult and children life jackets. Please wear them.There is a variety of outdoor toys for children, some board games, and books.There is an automatic back up generator.There is a notebook that contains instructions for a number of items, and answers many questions.
