Secluded Retreat With hot tub ideal to fish and relax on private pond This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located in rural Calhoun County South Carolina, about 8 miles west of Orangeburg. It is convenient to Columbia (40 miles ) or Charleston (about 90 miles). The house is located on the back of our family operated 200 acre working cattle farm. Nestled in the woods on the edge of a 14 acre private pond, the house offers a great escape from daily life. The pond is home to an abundance of wildlife. Enjoy a peaceful day of fishing, swimming, paddling the pond, or simply sit on the covered front porch and take in the view of the pond.
